The main event will take place in the Wayzata Ballroom at Hotel Landing - Lake Minnetonka’s premier boutique hotel. Located in the heart of downtown Wayzata, you’ll experience the charm of the lakeside community and the natural beauty Minnesota offers in September.

  • Welcome Reception

    Sunday | September 27

    5:00 - 6:30 PM

    Engel & Völkers Lake Minnetonka


    Kick off MidStates Summit lakeside with an evening Welcome Reception at our shop in Wayzata. Reconnect with familiar faces, meet new colleagues, and settle into Summit mode while enjoying local hospitality and beautiful Lake views.

    Travel Tip: We recommend arriving in the Twin Cities by mid-afternoon to allow time for hotel check-in (3:00pm) and then getting to the Welcome Reception (which is just a short walk away!)

  • Summit Day 1

    Monday | September 28

    8:00am - 4:00pm

    Expect a full day of learning, collaboration, and inspiration featuring keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and small group discussions.

    Our goal is that you leave with actionable takeaways designed to help you grow your business and strengthen your network.

    Breakfast and Lunch will be provided from 8:00am - 9:00am and Noon - 2:00pm respectively

    Before heading home, we hope to have the opportunity to tour one of our luxury listings and experience the local market firsthand.
